PCBased on the FIA Formula One 1998 season, this game features graphics great in its day and a good balance between arcade and simulation handling styles.
You get to drive around exotic locations, from Japan to Italy and many other familar places. This game features some of the former greats of Formula One, Jean Alesi, Micheal Schumacer, Mika Hakkinen, David Coulthard, Eddie Irvine, and many more.
For people looking to get into this game, you wont see faces from the current season with teams like Tyrell F1, Minardi, Arrows, and many other teams now owned by the large corporations (Honda which used to be BAR who bought out Tyrell, Force India which used to be Spyker, which was Jordan F1, and the late team of Super Aguri who used to be Arrows F1).
The locations will be familar if slightly altered from current versions (using the old Germany track through the woods and Monaco's old layout etc).
There is single player gaming in championship mode for the full season, or you can do single race events or a quick race event.
This is one for fans of Formula 1 and motorsports in general really.
